Former teacher.
Big-picture thinker.

Different countries. Different industries. One very practical way of working.
Safety professional.
Teaching still shapes everything I do. Giving someone information does not mean they have understood it.
How I show up

I work with people, understand who they are, the pressure they are under and build something they can realistically use.
I focus on supporting safety, not policing it. I also am...

Hi! I’m Leticia, also known as Letty. I’m an independent workplace OHS and training consultant, a former teacher and a proudly neurodivergent ADHD thinker.
I see ADHD as part of my superpower. It helps me think outside the box, connect ideas quickly and design resources that work for different brains, learning styles and support needs. I believe that when things are clear, people feel more confident and can do their best work.
Clarity is not cosmetic. My ADHD shapes how I notice overloaded, disconnected or unnecessarily difficult information and how I make it easier to navigate.
Approximately nine years across safety, HSEQ, Injury management and prevention, systems, training, HR and administration.
My Qualifications and Certifications
Strategy. Systems. Straight talk.
Think we could clearly work together?
Tell me what you’re working on, and let’s see what we can build together.
