Injury Management, RTW & Psychosocial Safety

I supported injury reporting, workers compensation, Certificates of Capacity, suitable duties and return-to-work documentation. I also developed psychosocial hazard resources, manager guidance and practical responses to psychological injury and distressing workplace events.

SharePoint & Digital Workflows Rollout

I created SharePoint safety and compliance hubs with controlled document libraries, registers, templates and clear navigation. I also used Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Teams, Planner and Power BI to improve reporting, approvals, action tracking and governance visibility.

Investigations, Risk & HSEQ Governance

I reviewed and developed policies, procedures, SOPs, risk registers, audit programs and corrective action processes. I supported investigations, high-risk action close-out, operational risk controls and preparation for ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements.

Safety System Migration & Multi-Site Rollout

I migrated a complete health and safety management system into Safe365 across a large branch network. This centralised policies, procedures, registers, incidents, risks, audits, training records and corrective actions into one traceable digital system.

Contractor, Visitor & Workforce Compliance

I strengthened contractor prequalification, document verification, onboarding and induction processes. I also implemented tablet-based contractor and visitor sign-in to improve site access records, emergency visibility and audit evidence.

Training, Induction & Visual Learning

I created inductions, toolbox talks, microlearning, facilitator guides, visual procedures and practical training resources for workers, contractors and managers. Using my teaching background and Canva, I turned technical information into resources people could understand and apply.
