Return to Work Compliance Framework

Multi-site retail organisation | NSW | In progress

Reviewing and rebuilding the organisation’s Return to Work framework to support its obligations as a Category 1 employer.

The project includes:

  • Compliance review against NSW workers compensation requirements

  • Return to Work Program redevelopment

  • Injury reporting and insurer notification processes

  • Register of Injuries and supporting guidance

  • Suitable duties and recovery-at-work tools

  • Psychological injury considerations

  • Privacy, consent and confidential record processes

  • Worker consultation and implementation materials

  • Manager guidance, checklists and practical templates

How I am working on it

I am delivering the project remotely in structured stages, beginning with a detailed compliance review and gap analysis. From there, I am rebuilding the framework and developing the practical procedures, templates, registers, guidance and implementation materials needed to make it work consistently across multiple locations.
